Maxipoo emailed us a request to feed him only the highest quality dog treats as he has an image to uphold of beauty and reverence.
So we went on a trip to visit Linda’s Lucky Dog Treats
Linda Fox, the owner of Linda’s Lucky Dog Treats, is pretty amazing. She hand makes a variety of wheat-free baked dog treats made from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. She sells her gourmet treats at the market for only 75 cents a pop.
Dog treats for the pickiest of eaters
Linda’s Lucky Dog Treats has some pretty amazing flavours such as bison liver pizza, peanut butter, venison, lamb and apple and ginger.
Max dug into the apple and ginger cookie while neighbouring dogs watched in dismay. Here’s what he thought of it…
Linda also kindly gave us a sample of the venison and bison liver pizza which we are keeping the fridge because they stay fresh for up to 3 weeks. Impressive!
Max was a huge fan of Linda’s Lucky Dog Treats as you can probably tell by the cookie shower in the video above.
If you want a fun night out with your dog and some fab North Van folk, I suggest you check out Shipyards Night Market that has some pretty spectacular treats for you and your dog. You can also get custom made dog treats such as birthday cakes and doggie pizzas by contacting Linda at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Check out Linda’s Lucky Dog Treats at Shipyards Night Market on Friday Nights 5-10pm – May 1 to September 25, 2015.
